25th KSA & 5th CCSK Annual Scientific Conference

We are pleased to invite you to the Kenya Society of Anaesthesiologists Silver anniversary and the 5th joint annual conference with the Critical Care Society of Kenya, in Shanzu, Mombasa, on 12th to 14th July at Pride Inn Paradise Hotel.

The theme for this year’s meeting is Evidence to Practice: High Risk Anaesthesia, with subthemes in:

  1. The Critically Ill Patient And Anaesthesia
  2. Geriatric Anaesthesia
  3. Pain
  4. Post Op Care of the Critically Ill Patient
  5. Oncology And Anaesthesia
  6. Obesity and Anaesthesia

The conference will be inaugurated by parallel workshops on Acute Pain and Haemodynamic monitoring, on 12th July.

The Sponsoring Company will provide the 400 (estimated) certificates of attendance and appreciation. Design templates to be approved by the secretariat. Your logo will be featured on all certificates.

Your company may choose to advertise in the handbook which is distributed to every delegate, presenter, event partner, sponsor and exhibitor as well as industry contact who may present pre or post conference.

CONFERENCE BAG KSH 450,000  

The Sponsoring Company will provide the 300 (estimated) delegate bags or KSH (450,000) in kind, which will bear the sponsor’s and Congress logo. The item is subject to design approval by the secretariat.

EXHIBITION AREA

Exhibitors must register all staff and employees that will be working at the exhibit space. This includes exhibitors utilizing complimentary registrations; names must be submitted.

Canvassing or distributing advertising matter outside the exhibitor’s own booth is not permitted. Solicitation of business by non-exhibiting firms is prohibited. Photographing or examining another exhibitor’s equipment without permission is not allowed.

The floor plan(s) will be available in early 2017. The organizing committee reserves the right to make changes to the floor plan if necessary. Changes will not, however, be undertaken without prior discussion with the organization affected.

Allocation of Exhibition Space

Space Allocation will be made on a “first come, first served” basis. A completed application form accompanied by advance payment should be emailed / hand delivered to ensure reservation of a desired location.

Forms received without payment will not be processed. Forms received after the deadline 30th June 2017 will be charged the higher fee. Advance payment will be refunded if space is fully booked.

Exhibitor Registration and Badge Pick-Up

Badges will not be mailed prior to the show and can be picked up onsite at Registration.
